Getting there is a matter of judgment more than size. It means measuring carefully, listening closely, and telling you plainly when a smaller implant, a different incision or a lift would serve you better.

Soft, cohesive silicone gel implants in round and anatomical shapes, selected for your frame. FDA-approved for breast augmentation in women 22 and older.
Motiva® Round and Ergonomix® silicone implants, FDA-approved in 2024 for breast augmentation in women 22 and older. They can be placed with a traditional technique or with Preservé™.
A tissue-preserving, minimally invasive technique using FDA-approved Motiva® implants, placed through an incision of about 2.5 cm in the breast crease. Candidacy is determined at consultation.
Implants filled with sterile salt water. FDA-approved for breast augmentation in women 18 and older.
For breasts that have lost volume and position, often after pregnancy, weight change or time. Adds fullness and restores a lifted contour in one planned procedure.
For a new size or implant type, or concerns with existing implants, including capsular contracture.
A modest, natural increase using your own fat, gathered by liposuction. Candidacy depends on your goals and available donor fat.
The implant is placed through a small incision at the belly button, so there is no incision on the breast itself. Not every patient or implant is suited to it.

VECTRA® is a planning and communication tool. It helps you and Dr. Tehrani agree on proportion and size before surgery. It is a simulation, not a guarantee: your anatomy, tissue and healing all shape your final result.
Natural results are planned. Dr. Tehrani selects your implant's size, profile and placement around your chest width, tissue and proportions, and you preview simulated options first. No surgeon can guarantee a specific result, but you'll leave with a realistic picture of what to expect.
Dr. Tehrani personally plans your surgery with you, and you'll be introduced to your surgical team and their roles before your procedure. For non-surgical treatments, your coordinator will confirm which licensed clinician will be providing your care before you book.
It depends on your technique and your work. After a traditional augmentation, many patients return to desk work in about a week and to strenuous exercise after four to six weeks. With Preservé™, many patients resume light activity sooner. Dr. Tehrani will give you a personal recovery plan.
Good candidates are in good general health, aren't pregnant or nursing, and have realistic expectations. The FDA has approved silicone implants for augmentation in women 22 and older, and saline implants from 18. Dr. Tehrani confirms your candidacy, including for Preservé™, after an in-person examination.
Breast implants are FDA-approved medical devices, but they are not lifetime devices, and additional surgery may be needed over time. Risks include capsular contracture, rupture, BIA-ALCL and systemic symptoms. Dr. Tehrani reviews the FDA boxed warning and Patient Decision Checklist with you.
